Matt is the owner and founder of Mantera. He has consistently emphasized what makes Mantera great, energy, optimism and passion. Matt has been instrumental in establishing Mantera's voice over the years as he is a common face among our clients and the community. With his astute business acumen and excellent knowledge of both digital and marketing landscapes, he is an instrumental force in leading the direction of the company. Matt is also responsible for the development of each individual staff member within the agency, striving to provide everybody with a resourceful environment to flourish and grow.

Although raised in Bakersfield, Toni is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science Degree in Graphic Communication at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. A junior, she is also minoring in Integrated Marketing Communications. Driven by creativity, Toni has experience working with graphic design, social media marketing, branding, and other digital communications. Her ultimate goal is to tell brand stories through effective design and strategic marketing, all while leaving a lasting impression on the world around her.

With a masters in brand development, Shelly has substantial experience in helping clients realize their brand ambitions. She’s a true all-in-one girl, creating new innovative concepts and ideas for clients at Mantera. She leads the teams to pitch and win new business and is also the key link within Mantera.
Shelly has helped clients communicate their brands for 20 years, starting out in corporate sponsorship and then moving into branding.

With a masters degree in Brand Communication and over 12 years experience in the fashion-market industry, Cassie lives and breathes innovation. She’s worked in various projects inhabiting sponsorships, events, digital communication, social media and public relations. Cassie works in beautiful San Diego with her dog Maggie and ferret Lea. When she’s not working you can usually find her walking the beach, shopping or taking on the waves.

British born, the accents not only makes you want to love him, it sure brings a good feeling to every conversation. Neil has the answer to every digital development obstacle. With over 22 years of hard-core coding and development skills, he's definitely over qualified for the position he holds here at Mantera. We love his positive attitude, quick whit and most of all - that talent for building beautiful websites.

Brandon Jones is a veteran digital marketer with over 15 years of experience creating and managing all aspects of PPC campaigns. Brandon also has a deep knowledge of SEO, analytics, and social media. In his free time, Brandon enjoys trying new foods, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Charles is our go-to for all things IT and Project Management. He has worked with us since late 2019, and has been a great help in overseeing website development projects. His military background in IT has made him a great asset in handling the technology side of the house, and his experience as a Sergeant (supervisor) has proven to be handy in making sure things get done. We’re glad to have him on board!

First picking up a camera in 2014, Kyle has quickly become a player in the motion-video atmosphere. His love for the art of storytelling stems from his long passion of cinematography. His other love affairs include producing music and song writing. From capturing California’s most dramatic landscapes, to providing fashion, product, corporate, and event photo/videography, Kyle has elevated Mantera to on providing quality and professional photo and video content for our wide array of clientele.
